Summary

Requirements

  • Ability to pass a background check
  • Must live in and be eligible to work in the United States
  • 3+ years experience with JIRA
  • 3+ years of experience as a scrum master or in a similar role
  • 3 years of experience in IT, project management or a related field
  • Working knowledge of agile methodology, techniques, and frameworks, such as Scrum and Kanban, to deliver solutions
  • Leadership and management experience
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent computer literacy skills

Responsibilities

  • Determine and manage issues, bugs, risks, and action items
  • Schedule and facilitate scrum events, meetings, and decision-making processes
  • Monitor progress and performance to help teams make planning and delivery improvements
  • Ensure the proper use of collaborative processes and removing impediments for the scrum team
  • Track project processes deliverables to business and product
  • Prepare and present status reports to stakeholders and senior management
  • Maintain collaborative partnership with the Product team
  • Balance company/customer expectations with internal technical needs
  • Maintain project plans with relevant team members
  • Identify and schedule resources needed for project elements
  • Oversee the implementation schedule of project deliverables

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a relevant field
  • Certified Scrum Master
  • Experience with Confluence
  • Experience with project management software
