Summary

Mactores is hiring a dynamic and experienced Scrum Master to join their team. The Scrum Master will facilitate agile development processes for data-intensive projects, ensuring efficient and effective project teams. They will serve as a liaison between technical and non-technical departments, help clarify goals and activities, assist with communication, support product owners, identify and manage issues, update project decks, and drive process improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in a software development or IT consulting environment
• Experience in refining Statements of Work (SOW) based on customer feedback
• Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, and Confluence
• Experience running customer-facing scrum calls and managing stakeholder expectations
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification

Responsibilities

• Facilitate all scrum ceremonies (sprint planning, daily standups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives)
• Serve as a liaison between technical and non-technical departments
• Help team members to clarify goals and activities
• Assist with internal and external communication
• Support and educate product owners
• Identify, manage, and help mitigate project issues and risks
• Update weekly project decks
• Work closely with stakeholders to refine Statements of Work (SOW)
• Drive process improvements and adoption of agile best practices across the organization
