Summary

Join The Codest, an international software development company, as a remote Scrum Master for a leading financial services organization in Limassol, Cyprus. You will streamline processes, support stakeholders in adapting to Scrum, provide project performance insights, collaborate with other Scrum Masters and Product Owners, and promote a culture of continuous improvement. This role requires extensive experience as a Scrum Master, advanced English proficiency, and familiarity with various Agile methodologies. Requirements

  • Four or more years of experience as a Scrum Master
  • Advanced English proficiency in speaking and writing (you will work with international clients only)
  • Experience in Kanban, Scrum, Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), and Spotify Model
  • Deep familiarity with software development and quality assurance processes
  • Certified Scrum Master and/or other Agile-related certifications
  • In-depth knowledge of Agile methodologies, including different Burndown approaches, Retrospective formats, handling bugs, estimation approaches, Scrum of Scrums, Definition of Done (DoD), and Release Management
  • Proven experience introducing Scrum to teams of varying complexity

Responsibilities

  • Streamlining processes to improve efficiency and contribute to the organization’s long-term strategy
  • Supporting stakeholders and non-developer teams in adapting to the Scrum framework through roadmaps, workshops, and coaching
  • Providing insights into project performance, compatibility, and security
  • Working closely with other Scrum Masters and Product Owners, supporting their strategies
  • Promoting a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and ownership
  • Acting as a Scrum and Agile ambassador across the organization
  • Improving Scrum maturity within product and service teams by assessing and fine-tuning processes to achieve sustainable results
  • Analyzing team metrics, identifying areas for improvement, and developing action plans to address them

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with Jira and Confluence
  • Excellent communication and coaching skills
  • Experience in fintech project management
  • Bachelor’s degree in IT or a related field is a plus
