Summary
Join Anytime Mailbox as a Senior Scrum Master and lead multiple Agile teams, coaching them on Scrum, Kanban, and Lean practices. You will facilitate Scrum events, remove impediments, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver high-quality products. This role requires strong Agile expertise, excellent communication skills, and at least 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master. Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master, with a proven track record of facilitating Agile practices across multiple teams
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Quick learner and able to develop subject matter skills
- Being able to manage multiple projects at the same time
- Available for scheduled and ad-hoc calls/meetings/chats during weekdays working
- Quiet workspace, conducive to video meetings & calls
- Access to a reliable high-speed Internet connection; at least 25MBPS
- Strong understanding of Agile principles and methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Lean)
- Ability to mentor and coach teams at different stages of Agile maturity
- Excellent facilitation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to remove obstacles to team success
- Proficiency in Agile tools (Azure DevOps, JIRA, or similar)
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and mentor multiple Scrum teams in adopting Agile methodologies, specifically Scrum, Kanban, and Lean practices
- Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and backlog refinement sessions. Ensure teams remain focused and productive during Scrum events
- Work closely with product owners, development teams, and stakeholders to ensure alignment on priorities, objectives, and timelines
- Actively work to identify and remove roadblocks that hinder the teamβs ability to deliver quality work
- Provide insights into team progress and performance by leveraging Agile metrics such as velocity, burn-down charts, and cycle times
- Encourage a culture of continuous learning and improvement. Facilitate retrospective sessions and implement actionable improvements
- Communicate progress and challenges to key stakeholders and senior leadership. Advocate for the needs of the team
- Help teams and individuals enhance their understanding and adoption of Agile principles and practices
- Support organizational Agile transformations, championing the adoption of Agile practices across departments
Preferred Qualifications
- Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or similar Agile certifications
- Additional certifications in Lean, SAFe, or other Agile frameworks
- Double monitors
