Requirements

• Be a fluent English speaker with clear communication skills
• Have experience in sales, particularly with outbound calls
• Be able to navigate gatekeepers (receptionists)
• Be able to quickly learn and communicate technical product information
• Be self-motivated and adaptable to a dynamic work environment

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound sales calls to potential clients, primarily in the healthcare sector
• Manage inbound calls, providing customer support and detailed product information
• Develop a strong understanding of our products and convey their benefits effectively
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine outreach strategies
• Track and report on call outcomes and client feedback
