Requirements
- Be a fluent English speaker with clear communication skills
- Have experience in sales, particularly with outbound calls
- Be able to navigate gatekeepers (receptionists)
- Be able to quickly learn and communicate technical product information
- Be self-motivated and adaptable to a dynamic work environment
Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound sales calls to potential clients, primarily in the healthcare sector
- Manage inbound calls, providing customer support and detailed product information
- Develop a strong understanding of our products and convey their benefits effectively
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine outreach strategies
- Track and report on call outcomes and client feedback
