Requirements
- 4-6 years of experience in digital media, specifically focused on paid search and paid social media
- 4+ years of client facing experience presenting media plan recommendations and reporting on campaign performance
- Proven track record of managing successful paid search and paid social campaigns & teams
- Strong analytical skills with experience in tools like Google Ads/SA360, Skai, etc
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Responsibilities
- Design and implement comprehensive paid search and paid social strategies that align with client goals
- Conduct thorough keyword research and audience segmentation to identify growth opportunities, leveraging insights from both channels
- Oversee best-in-class creation, execution, and optimization of paid search and paid social media campaigns across platforms like Google, Bing, SA360, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok / TikTok Search Ads, Pinterest, Snapchat, LinkedIn, Reddit, X and others
- Lead and QA campaign builds, budgets, bids, pacing, to ensure maximum ROI based on campaign parameters
- Advances knowledge of Pixel tracking & UTM tagging
- Work closely with internal teams to identify and leverage cross-channel marketing opportunities that enhance overall campaign effectiveness
- Share insights and strategies across paid search and social media to create a unified approach that maximizes impact
- Oversee monitoring and analyzing of campaign performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and innovation
- Conduct A/B testing and implement optimization strategies to enhance campaign effectiveness
- Deliver relevant insights for actionable optimizations that ladder up to brand and business goals
- Utilize analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, Skai, Datorama) to track performance, generate reports, and derive actionable insights
- Keyword Analysis Tool Experience (SpyFu, SEMRush, etc)
- Focus on storytelling through data to share holistic performance updates and recommendations to clients based on data analysis
- Act as a primary point of contact for clients and cross-functional teams regarding paid search and paid social campaigns
- Build and maintain strong relationships by delivering insights and strategic recommendations, ensuring alignment with overall marketing objectives
- Stay informed about the latest trends and best practices in paid search and paid social advertising
- Share relevant insights with clients and the team to foster continuous improvement in campaign strategies
