Summary
Join Keller Executive Search as our Virtual Social Media Manager and develop and execute innovative social media strategies to boost brand visibility and generate leads. You will oversee content creation, manage multiple platforms, and analyze performance metrics. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with proven experience in social media management and a strong understanding of social media trends. Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of experience in social media management, preferably in a corporate or agency setting
- Proven track record of growing social media audiences and increasing engagement
- Strong understanding of social media analytics and content optimization
- Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social)
- Excellent written and visual storytelling skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage multiple projects
- Strong knowledge of paid social media advertising and audience targeting
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement social media strategies to support brand growth and lead generation
- Create, schedule, and manage high-quality content across platforms such as LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, and Facebook
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to optimize content strategy
- Engage with followers, respond to comments, and foster community interaction
- Collaborate with internal teams to align social media efforts with business goals
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging platforms, and best practices
- Manage social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation and performance tracking
- Identify and collaborate with influencers and industry leaders to expand brand reach
- Develop and manage a content calendar to ensure consistent posting and messaging
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in B2B marketing or working with executive-level audiences
- Familiarity with SEO principles and digital marketing strategies
- Graphic design and video editing skills using tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar
