Requirements

• At least 3-5 years in paid media management with significant experience in working with U.S.-based clients
• Extensive experience in managing and optimizing campaigns on LinkedIn, Instagram, Google Ads, Meta, Pinterest, and Amazon
• Strong skills in campaign analysis and using A/B testing to improve results
• Knowledge of HubSpot, Salesforce, ClickUp, and Google Analytics
• Excellent communication abilities to effectively collaborate with teams and report on campaign progress
• Experience in designing ad creatives and crafting compelling copy
• Proven experience in developing and executing diverse campaign strategies for B2B, B2C, DTC, and lead generation

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive paid media strategies that align with marketing goals and target the right audience segments
• Regularly analyze campaign effectiveness, conduct A/B testing to refine strategies, and ensure optimal performance
• Utilize tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, and ClickUp for marketing operations assistance
• Use advanced analytics tools such as Google Analytics to monitor and report on campaign performance
• Manage and allocate campaign budgets effectively to maximize ROI
• Design and develop compelling ad creatives, and craft engaging copy that resonates with the target audience
