Requirements
- Proven Experience: At least 3-5 years in paid media management with significant experience in working with U.S.-based clients
- Platform Expertise: Extensive experience in managing and optimizing campaigns on LinkedIn, Instagram, Google Ads, Meta, Pinterest, and Amazon
- Analytical Proficiency: Strong skills in campaign analysis and using A/B testing to improve results
- Technical Skills: Knowledge of HubSpot, Salesforce, ClickUp, and Google Analytics
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication abilities to effectively collaborate with teams and report on campaign progress
- Creative Skills: Experience in designing ad creatives and crafting compelling copy
- Strategic Experience: Proven experience in developing and executing diverse campaign strategies for B2B, B2C, DTC, and lead generation
Responsibilities
- Lead and optimize advertising campaigns on platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, Google, Meta, Pinterest, and Amazon focused on lead generation, lead conversion, and customer acquisition
- Develop comprehensive paid media strategies that align with marketing goals and target the right audience segments
- Regularly analyze campaign effectiveness, conduct A/B testing to refine strategies, and ensure optimal performance
- Utilize tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, and ClickUp for marketing operations assistance
- Use advanced analytics tools such as Google Analytics to monitor and report on campaign performance
- Manage and allocate campaign budgets effectively to maximize ROI
- Design and develop compelling ad creatives, and craft engaging copy that resonates with the target audience
- Develop and implement campaign strategies across various approaches including B2B, B2C, DTC, and lead generation
