Join Sprout Social's Marketing team as a Digital Marketing Specialist and manage paid search, display, and social media accounts. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve marketing objectives and drive business impact. This role requires 2+ years of digital marketing or paid media experience, proven campaign execution and optimization skills, and strong analytical abilities. Preferred qualifications include experience with PPC and paid social strategies on various platforms, conversion rate optimization, and B2B SaaS marketing. Requirements
- Minimum 2+ years of digital marketing and/or paid media experience
- Proven ability to execute and optimize campaigns across various platforms
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to pull, interpret, and leverage data to inform decisions, identify opportunities, and enhance performance via multiple platforms (excel, tableau, ad platforms etc.)
Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize paid search, display, and paid social media accounts, as well as other paid marketing initiatives
- Make a material impact on a rapidly growing business and contribute directly to full funnel marketing goals
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (web strategy, UX, campaigns, marketing analytics, product marketing, sales & marketing ops) to achieve results and boost performance
Preferred Qualifications
- Proven ability to execute and optimize paid search (PPC) and/or paid social strategies, with hands-on experience in Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta Ads
- Experience with conversion rate optimization and A/B testing across diverse paid platforms
- Demonstrated experience in B2B SaaS marketing
- Familiarity with collaboration tools (e.g., Asana, Jira), analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics), and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce)
