Summary
Join Endpoint, an interactive response technology (IRT®) systems and solutions provider, as a Senior Marketing Specialist. You will be responsible for expanding the company brand and raising awareness in new and existing territories. Lead the coordination and execution of Endpoint events, including trade shows, conferences, and webinars. Collaborate with the Associate Director of Marketing to implement marketing strategies that drive brand awareness and lead generation. Develop and manage content across various platforms, and support initiatives such as SEO and paid media. Ensure all marketing materials align with Endpoint’s brand identity. Work closely with sales, product, and operations teams. Conduct ongoing research to monitor industry trends and competitor activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business and or appropriate experience
- 2-4 years IRT, pharmaceutical, or healthcare related experience
- Proven ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Good communication skills
- Attentive listening skills
Responsibilities
- Lead the coordination and execution of Endpoint events, including trade shows, conferences, webinars, virtual events, and internal events
- Manage relationships with venues, vendors, and exhibit partners to ensure seamless event experiences
- Prepare and equip sales teams, presenters, and company leaders with event-specific materials, messaging, and briefings to ensure alignment and maximize impact during engagements
- Collect feedback, analyze event performance, and provide actionable insights for future improvements and ROI for our events
- Collaborate with the Associate Director of Marketing to implement marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement
- Develop and manage content across platforms, including social media, email campaigns, blogs, and promotional materials
- Support initiatives such as SEO, paid media, organic social, and website optimization to enhance online visibility and performance
- Ensure all marketing materials and communications align with Endpoint’s brand identity and values
- Responsible for creating reporting workstreams that reflect marketing performance and contributions to pipeline
- Also responsible for monitoring and reporting on marketing KPIs across platforms, using data to inform and refine strategies
- Work closely with sales, product, and operations teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives
- Use marketing tools such as CRM systems, marketing automation platforms, website builders, and analytics dashboards to streamline campaigns and track performance
- Conduct ongoing research to monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer insights
- Use findings to inform marketing strategies, identify opportunities, and support strategic positioning
