Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- 8+ years of experience in an IT related field
- 5+ years of experience in the data engineering
- Proven experience in data engineering, including working with spreadsheets (Excel, Smartsheets, Google sheets, SharePoint lists, etc), databases, and data flows
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or Scala
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (such as Power BI, Tableau) and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and SharePoint)
- Strong understanding of relational and non-relational databases (e.g., SQL, NoSQL)
- Experience with financial analysis, budgeting, and creating data-driven reports
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain complex spreadsheets to manage budgets and financial figures
- Pull data from various sources to compile comprehensive datasets
- Perform data deduplication, cleaning, and correlation tasks to ensure data integrity and accuracy
- Manage databases and data flows to support business processes
- Create dashboards, graphs, and reports to visualize data insights
- Generate data-driven forecasts and trend analyses to support decision-making
- Design and manage relational and non-relational databases, ensuring data integrity and accessibility
- Develop and maintain data models and schemas to support business requirements
- Create and design PowerPoint presentations for various stakeholders
- Organize and manage meetings, including scheduling, coordinating agendas, and preparing meeting materials
- Handle logistics for travel arrangements, including booking flights and accommodations
- File expense reports and manage reimbursement processes
- Engage with stakeholders to support various initiatives and tasks needed to support the Office of the CISO
- Conduct research and analysis to support strategic decision-making
- Prepare briefing materials, reports, and presentations for executive meetings and events
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- 2+ years of experience in the manufacturing industry
- Experience presenting details and strategies to leadership
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in project management and coordinating administrative functions
- Familiarity with security-related data and compliance requirements
