As a Security Systems Administrator, you will enhance the daily operations of TRM’s IT infrastructure and services, securing corporate software, services, and infrastructure. You'll provide operational support for cloud environments and SaaS applications, define security standards and policies, deploy endpoints, and develop technical support documentation. The role requires experience in cloud-only organizations, excellent customer service, risk-based decision-making, and Google Workspace or Office 365 administration. Requirements

  • Experience supporting applications, desktop and mobile devices, and related IT infrastructure solutions in a cloud-only organization
  • A long history of providing excellent customer service
  • Experience applying a risk-based approach to decision making
  • Ability to distill a technical topic down for a wide audience
  • 2+ years of experience administering a Google Workspace or Office365 environment with Administrator access
  • Experience with device management software, such as Jamf, Microsoft Endpoint Manager, etc.)
  • Experience applying a risk-based approach to decision making

Responsibilities

  • Provide operations support and maintenance for cloud environments, SaaS applications, and related information security technology assets
  • Work with management to define the appropriate standards, policies, procedures, and technologies
  • Deploy endpoints to our remote workforce
  • Develop and maintain technical support/knowledge base
  • Develop Service Level Agreements to set expectations and measure performance
  • Serve as the point of contact for internal and 3rd party compliance teams to ensure transparency, respond to questions, and gather supporting evidence
  • Schedule hardware and software upgrades and maintain them in accordance with established policies, procedures, and SLAs
  • Resolve security incidents to support availability requirements
  • Develop and maintain installation, operations, and configuration procedures
  • Assist with the secure integration of cloud applications and infrastructure
  • Assist with implementing highly-available hardware and software systems across multiple operating systems
