Requirements

  • 2+ years of work experience in consulting or working closely with paid marketing or growth in an analytics role
  • Bachelor's degree required from a strong university, preferably in an analytical field (e.g. Natural Sciences, Engineering, Computer Science, Economics, or Finance)
  • Strong proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, SQL
  • Ability to learn and pick-up other data analytics and marketing tools
  • Close attention to detail
  • Strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills. Strong team player
  • Self-starter with the ability to learn quickly and independently
  • Demonstrates proficiency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing

Responsibilities

  • Identify and measure the key metrics to help performance and growth
  • Perform regular ad-hoc analysis through requests from business stakeholders
  • Work directly with the Growth Team to analyze, understand, and communicate optimization opportunities for HomeLight
  • Work closely with BI to make sure all automation and reporting is up to date and working correctly
  • Present findings and recommendations from ad hoc analysis to stakeholders
  • Learn and perform basic optimization tasks within growth and marketing tools
