Join Pavago as a strategic and client-centric Account Manager to manage and grow relationships with U.S.-based clients. You will act as a strategic consultant, helping clients scale efficiently by identifying hiring gaps, recommending offshore solutions, and driving long-term value through thoughtful talent placement. This role involves building and maintaining deep relationships with decision-makers, understanding their business needs, and proactively addressing concerns to reduce churn. You will also share data-driven insights and trends in offshore staffing to help clients make informed hiring decisions. The position requires close collaboration with recruiting, operations, and leadership teams. Requirements
- Think like a business advisor, not just a vendor. You’re confident in leading discussions about organizational structure, growth goals, and hiring strategy
- You understand recruiting and staffing dynamics, and can guide clients on how to structure roles and utilize offshore teams for cost-effective scaling
- You’re driven by long-term partnerships, not quick wins. You listen first, advise second
- You can confidently present solutions, handle objections, and influence stakeholders across various industries
- You juggle multiple accounts, never miss a follow-up, and deliver measurable results in client satisfaction and revenue growth
- 3–4 years of experience in Account Management, Client Success, or Consulting , ideally in recruitment, talent outsourcing, or offshore staffing
- Proven track record of upselling , growing accounts , and influencing hiring decisions
- Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
- Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken)
- Strategic thinking, problem-solving, and high emotional intelligence
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain deep relationships with decision-makers, understanding their business needs, pain points, and long-term growth plans
- Act as a hiring advisor. Identify staffing gaps and recommend offshore talent solutions that align with clients’ business goals. Proactively introduce qualified candidates to solve real business challenges
- Monitor client satisfaction and proactively address concerns to reduce churn. Uncover opportunities to expand accounts by aligning hiring strategies with future plans
- Share data-driven insights, trends in offshore staffing, and candidate availability to help clients make informed hiring decisions
- Partner closely with recruiting, operations, and leadership teams to ensure seamless delivery, quality assurance, and continuous improvement
Preferred Qualifications
Strong understanding of Agency Environments is a plus
