Requirements

  • Demonstrated knowledge or experience in employment background screening process / HR onboarding processes
  • Experience with SaaS platform / technology company
  • Must be proficient in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Exercises a wide range of decision-making control
  • Very skillful in formulating solutions for difficult decisions
  • Ability to organize tasks, multi-task and manage time efficiently
  • Excels in suggesting optional solutions
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Be responsible for revenue growth, revenue retention, client satisfaction, and relationship management
  • Maintain regular contact with clients and be the key client point of contact for relevant/directed/escalated customer communications and support issues from initial contact through to resolution
  • Maintain an expert knowledge of our product/platform offerings and introduce new products, processes to assigned accounts
  • Be involved in formal written submissions to win new business deals e.g. tenders, RFPs, RFQs
  • Work closely with customers and the internal team to gather feedback, product enhancement requests and success stories to maximize platform value
  • Troubleshooting and triage of all issues related to the Accurate platform with appropriate escalation and utilizing core internal systems such as CRM (Salesforce)
  • Support clients in their Platform user management setup includes new users, deactivating users, and modifying existing users
  • Actively monitor assigned accounts to identify trends and potential up-sell opportunities
  • Act as a consultant providing industry best practices and tips for process improvement and overall client success
  • Develops corporate contacts and cultivates relationships at all levels that enhances Accurate Background’s position, which may lead to incremental business within the designated account
  • Prepares annual performance reviews and multiple year account plans for each account based on short, mid and long-range plans. Provides statistical usage reports for regular client meetings as needed
  • Negotiates pricing and implementation and prepares proposals for offering Accurate Background additional products and services (up-sells products and services)
  • Analyses client usage through reports and regular client contact and identifies potential opportunities or account issues and reports all activity to Key Stakeholders
  • Develops account plan detailing specific and relevant information about all aspects of assigned accounts with the end goal of growing the partnership with the assigned client base
  • Profiles clients and strategically drives sales revenue through offering and selling product solutions, with new business units, divisions, client vendors both direct and indirect
  • Acts as lead on client-driven special projects
  • Identifies risk and presents solutions to key stakeholders to mitigate churn
  • Travel required 15-20%
  • Performs related duties as required or assigned

Preferred Qualifications

2+ years Account Management in HR-related industry preferred

  • $96,000 - $109,000 a year
  • This position is eligible for an annual performance-based bonus, commission, or other variable pay plan
