Summary

Join Ashfield MedComms as a Senior Account Manager and take primary responsibility for managing client publication accounts and fostering strong client relationships. Lead, manage, and proactively develop accounts to meet client and group goals. Ensure client satisfaction, manage account finances, deliver operational efficiency, drive organic growth, and contribute to new business development. This hybrid role offers flexibility to work remotely, in the office, or a combination of both. The ideal candidate will possess 5-7+ years of healthcare communications experience, strong pharmaceutical industry knowledge, a Bachelorโ€™s degree, and proven project management skills. Requirements

  • You will be a highly motivated, detail-oriented, and results-driven individual, with 5-7+ years of Healthcare Communications experience coupled with strong knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry, and a minimum of a Bachelorโ€™s Degree
  • You understand all facets of project work and regularly share best practices from an account management, operational and delivery perspective
  • In addition, you must be confident with creating budgets and project financial management
  • The ability to collaborate with others and work as part of a wider team is important to the success of all our employees
  • We need fresh thinkers who can work strategically and use sound judgement to make decisions

Responsibilities

  • As a Senior Account Manager , you will have primary client services responsibility for the management of 1 or more client publications accounts and for maintaining strong relationships with key client stakeholders
  • You will lead, manage and proactively develop accounts so that the goals of the client and group are met
  • As an account lead you will be responsible for overall client satisfaction, the financial performance of your account, delivering operational efficiency, facilitating sustained organic growth, and participating in the achievement of new business development targets
