Summary

Join Good Influence, an influencer network for campaigns and causes, as a Senior Account Manager, Nonprofit. Lead strategy for nonprofit clients, collaborating with creators and influencers. Coordinate content, track budgets, and develop KPIs using in-house technology. Manage staff, ensuring campaigns meet quality standards and deadlines. Generate performance reports and provide actionable insights. Communicate regularly with clients and collaborate with team members. Contribute to new business proposals. Requirements

  • At least 5 years of agency, digital strategy, or influencer campaign work - experience supporting nonprofit clients is a major pulse
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote-first environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Leadership in team environments and a commitment to solutions in complex situations and moments
  • Empowering new perspectives through collaboration and open conversation
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Active knowledge and participation in political and advocacy spaces
  • Deep understanding of digital success metrics and social media platforms, including engagement and interactions
  • Experience managing and developing staff
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Background or experience in politics, advocacy, or digital engagement

Responsibilities

  • Leading discussions with nonprofit clients to understand their goals, develop strategies, and execute tailored campaigns
  • Coordinating with creators and influencers to develop content and actions that align with client objectives
  • Managing staff and contributing to their growth at Good Influence
  • Overseeing the tracking of campaign progress, ensuring that all activities are on schedule and meet quality standards
  • Generating comprehensive reports on campaign performance, analyzing key metrics and providing actionable insights for optimization
  • Communicating regularly with clients to update them on project status and incorporate their feedback
  • Working closely with Good Influence leaders and other team members to ensure seamless project execution
  • Contributing to brainstorming and proposals for new nonprofit and advocacy partners
