Join WISE Digital Partners as a Senior Account Manager and lead strategic client relationships, driving growth for a portfolio of 10–15 clients. You will collaborate with internal teams to deliver SEO, PPC, and digital solutions. This remote, U.S.-based position requires managing client accounts, leading strategic conversations, and identifying growth opportunities. The ideal candidate possesses 2–3+ years of account management experience in digital marketing and a strong understanding of SEO, PPC, and digital marketing fundamentals. A competitive salary ($65,000–$80,000/year) includes performance-based commissions and bonuses. Requirements
- 2–3+ years of account management experience in digital marketing or related services
- Strong understanding of SEO, PPC, and digital marketing fundamentals
- Proven ability to sell or upsell digital products and services
- Comfortable managing your own schedule independently while collaborating within a remote team
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- A team player who knows how to ask for help and orchestrate successful outcomes for clients
Responsibilities
- Manage 10–15 client accounts across local, regional, and national levels
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver digital strategy, SEO, PPC, and website-related services
- Lead strategic conversations with clients, identifying growth opportunities and delivering value through upsells
- Participate in training, job shadowing, and team knowledge sharing to stay sharp on industry trends and tools
- Maintain clear, proactive communication and act as the central point of contact for client success
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working in any of the following industries is a plus: Professional Services (legal, accounting, financial) Home Services (HVAC, plumbing, roofing, restoration) SaaS or eCommerce
