Requirements

  • 4+ years experience of successful sales or account management experience, preferably within B2B SaaS
  • Track record of attaining quotas and reaching goals
  • Ability to assess business opportunities quickly by using data to make informed decisions and persuade others
  • Strong negotiation, pipeline and forecasting skills
  • Passion for building long-term relationships and driving commercial initiatives with customers
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong organisational and time management skills - you will need to balance your time with up to 300 clients
  • Fluency in German (C2) and English, any other additional language is a bonus

Responsibilities

  • Own the commercial strategy and planning for your assigned customers/client base
  • Build long term strategic relationships with your customers and their potential subsidiaries
  • Identify decision makers within existing clients to upsell and cross-sell our product portfolio
  • Collaborate with Customer Success Managers to enable a great customer experience
  • Work closely with the Marketing and Product teams acting as the voice of the customer
  • Participate in the retention & renewal process

  • Experience working with marketing and sales technologies
