Requirements

  • A 4-year college degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field (an advanced degree is desirable)
  • A minimum 3 years experience in a client-facing digital marketing role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.)
  • Ability to navigate platforms such as Microsoft Ads, Google Ads, Google Local Service Ads, Google Analytics 4, etc
  • Ability to solve complex problems and resolve conflicts proactively
  • Ability to learn new concepts quickly and apply them to owned accounts with excellence
  • Hands-on experience with Paid Media & Search Engine Optimization strategy
  • A strong work ethic and a โ€˜do whatever it takes to get the job doneโ€™ attitude
  • A passion for helping businesses grow
  • Exceptional customer service and relationship-building skills
  • Exemplary organizational, attention-to-detail, time-management, and follow-up skills
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Understanding clientsโ€™ businesses, goals, and challenges as if they were your own and becoming the trusted advisor of the clients
  • Fostering relationships with strategic partners for Blue Coronaโ€™s largest clients
  • Defining and driving the marketing strategy for each client
  • Providing actionable insights and proactive recommendations based on performance and results
  • Communicating via phone/email & meeting with clients via Zoom on a weekly basis
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction and client retention
  • Expanding client relationships by growing services delivered and revenues generated within accounts
  • Generating client referrals that result in new Blue Corona clients
  • Analyze data from industry platforms such as Microsoft Ads, Google Ads, Google Local Service Ads, GA4 etc., and create actionable insights in the form of campaign performance reports
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and market shifts
  • Supporting Account Director and Manager, Account Management with reports & resources for the entire Account Team
  • Mentor Account Coordinators
  • Building strong relationships with both clients and the Blue Corona team
