Summary

Join DEPT®'s Growth marketing team as a Senior Account Manager in Berlin or remotely in Germany. You will lead the strategy and day-to-day delivery of digital marketing campaigns for existing and new clients, including managing teams and budgets. This role requires extensive experience in digital marketing, strategic client management, and managing complex projects. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, present strategies to clients, and drive client growth. Requirements

  • You have many years of professional experience in managing projects with six-figure annual budgets in digital marketing
  • You’re driven by insights and analyses and build your strategies comprehensively and logically on them
  • You have a very good understanding of digital marketing mechanisms
  • You enjoy providing strategic advice to clients and are successful at selling your expertise profitably
  • You are enthusiastic about current digital industry discussions and trends
  • You are able to present your complex strategic ideas clearly on slides
  • Can give clear instructions for future actions because you have a very good understanding of reporting and analysis

Responsibilities

  • Drive strategic and sustainable client development and have a significant influence on the company's growth
  • Development, management and KPI-driven planning of complex digital client projects and journeys - you will not only focus on the profitability of your budgets
  • Communicative interface between our existing clients on the one hand and our cross-functional teams of creatives and strategists on the other
  • Presenting strategies, concepts and measures to clients and identifying unused potential
  • Coordinate a team of specialists to deliver against briefs to the highest standards
  • Work on new business pitches as part of a wider pitch team
  • Onboard new DEPT® clients, ensuring a smooth onboarding process
  • Develop annual strategies, identifying priorities for the year for clients
  • Oversee, project manage and work with teams to develop brilliant digital campaigns
  • Manage deliverables from across the business (creative, technology, media, data)
  • Ensure delivery of work is to the highest possible standard
  • Ensure constant innovation across all deliverables
  • Manage budgets for campaigns and always-on activity
  • Manage client budgeting and account profitability
  • Manage relationships with clients
  • Seek new business opportunities with existing clients
  • Present work internally and externally
