Join Dandy, a leading dental technology company, as a Sr. Manager, Account Based Marketing and spearhead the development and execution of sophisticated ABM programs. You will collaborate with Sales, Product, and Marketing leadership to identify and target high-potential accounts, defining segmentation, targeting, and account selection processes. As the primary ABM evangelist, you will champion best practices and innovative strategies. You will oversee the creation and management of multi-channel marketing programs, leveraging advanced analytics to refine campaign tactics and enhance ROI. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, providing regular updates on campaign performance. Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive strategic decisions and champion a test-and-learn mindset.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with a strong focus on account-based marketing, demand generation, or lifecycle marketing
- Proven track record in designing and executing high-impact ABM programs that have significantly accelerated revenue growth
- Expertise in leveraging multi-channel marketing techniques and marketing automation platforms (such as Marketo, HubSpot, or similar) to deliver personalized campaigns
- Demonstrated leadership in managing cross-functional teams, driving consensus among senior stakeholders, and mentoring emerging talent
- Exceptional strategic, analytical, and communication skills with a strong ability to translate data insights into actionable strategies
- Adept at managing multiple projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation
Responsibilities
- Develop and lead an integrated ABM strategy, working closely with Sales, Product, and Marketing leadership to identify and target high-potential accounts
- Define segmentation, targeting, and account selection processes that align with overall business objectives and market opportunities
- Serve as the primary ABM evangelist, championing best practices and innovative strategies across the organization
- Oversee the creation and management of multi-channel marketing programs—including digital, email, direct mail, and targeted events—that deliver personalized, high-impact campaigns
- Drive the end-to-end planning, execution, and optimization of ABM initiatives, ensuring alignment with brand messaging and strategic priorities
- Leverage advanced analytics and market insights to continuously refine campaign tactics and enhance ROI
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate ABM strategies with broader marketing and sales initiatives, ensuring a seamless customer journey from engagement to conversion
- Act as a key liaison between executive leadership and marketing teams, providing regular updates on campaign performance and strategic initiatives
- Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as account engagement, pipeline development, and revenue impact, using these metrics to drive strategic decisions
- Identify emerging trends and opportunities, adapting ABM strategies to maximize competitive advantage and market impact
- Champion a test-and-learn mindset, utilizing insights from data and analytics to optimize programs and drive scalable growth
