Senior Accountant

Summary
Join Pronto Manufacturing & Fulfillment as a Senior Accountant and play a crucial role in managing financial systems, ensuring accuracy and compliance for contract manufacturing and packaging services. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, maintain financial integrity, optimize processes, and support the company's rapid growth. Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 5+ years of accounting experience in a corporate environment, ideally with exposure to manufacturing, logistics, or similar industries
- Experience with financial reporting, general ledger management, and reconciliation
- Proven experience in managing month-end and year-end closing processes
- Experience with audits, tax filings, and compliance
- Proficient in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms)
- Strong skills in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions like pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.)
- Experience with ERP systems and integration of financial tools
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and management
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities
Responsibilities
- Prepare and review financial reports and statements
- Manage general ledger and ensure accurate reconciliations
- Lead month-end and year-end close processes
- Oversee accounts payable and receivable
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
- Coordinate audits and ensure compliance with regulations
- Monitor cash flow and manage funds
- Identify and implement process improvements
- Perform other accounting duties as assigned by management
Preferred Qualifications
Intercompany Accounting experience is preferred
