Summary
Join Housecall Pro as a Senior Key Accounts Account Executive and build partnerships with mid-size home service professionals. You will leverage your consultative selling skills to understand client needs, close deals, and deliver exceptional service. This role requires managing a sales pipeline, conducting product demos, and collaborating with other sales team members. The ideal candidate possesses proven sales success, extensive inside sales experience, and strong communication skills. Requirements

- Demonstrate a strong drive to contribute genuine value for our Pros and the company through successfully onboarding your prospects onto our product

- Deliver robust customer service, communication, presentation, and creative problem-solving skills
- Overcome objections as they are presented
- Use various methods to contact prospective customers
- Proven top 10% performance in an established sales org (along with accompanying leaderboard/ quota attainment documentation)
- 5+ years working in inside sales (software a plus)
- Experience working with or selling to our Pros (HVAC or Plumbing experience a major plus)
- High school diploma required, college preferred
- Excellent written/verbal communication skills
- Strong problem solving skills
- Motivation, drive and a self-starting attitude
- Ability to work in a fast paced, team environment
- Good time management with strong organizational skills
Responsibilities
- Serve our mid-size Pros by building a shared vision for what a partnership with Housecall Pro looks like both today and in the future
- Use your consultative, account-based selling skills to get the key stakeholders in the room, map what success looks like, close the sale and deliver
- Set the standard for selling at Housecall Pro through your industry knowledge, product mastery and intimate, current picture of the competitive landscape
- Your sales cycle consists of running 3-4, 60-90 minute product demos per day specialized in home service businesses with 20 or more employees
- Manage your pipeline, and setting up multiple additional demos with pertinent stakeholders to close the deal
- Work closely with Key Accounts SDRs and Account Executives as part of a larger sales org
- Help our service professionals to understand the value of our software in growing their businesses
