Senior Accountant

Summary

Join Midi Health as a Senior Accountant and play a crucial role in building a best-in-class accounting function. You will work with the Corporate Controller and collaborate with the finance and accounting team to ensure financial accuracy, streamline processes, and enhance transparency. Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting to support strategic decision-making, strengthen internal controls, mitigate risk, and improve financial transparency. You will also streamline accounting operations to enhance efficiency and scalability and support revenue goals by optimizing financial processes and reporting. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, 5+ years of accounting experience (ideally at a rapidly growing company), strong analytical abilities, and proficiency in ERP systems and accounting software. The salary range is 110-135K with Equity and Benefits.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• Proven knowledge of accrual accounting
• 5+ years of experience in accounting, ideally at a rapidly growing company
• Strong analytical abilities and keen attention to detail
• Proficiency in ERP systems and accounting software (NetSuite, QuickBooks)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
• Willingness to roll up your sleeves and problem-solve with a solutions-driven mindset
• Experience with financial tools - advanced excel skills
