- You have a bachelorβs degree in accounting (or similar) from an accredited four-year college or university
- You have advanced experience with Excel and experience with NetSuite
- You have a strong understanding of U.S. GAAP with 2-4 years of previous experience in an accounting role
Responsibilities
- As the Senior Accountant, you will be responsible for the day-to-day processes around retail invoicing and payment collection
- During the month, you will be responsible for creating financial reports for internal and external parties
- In addition to ownership of less complex areas, you will be responsible for reconciling cash and credit card balances each month
- Assist in the administration and reconciliation of various systems including the payroll platform (Justworks), invoice processing platform (Stampli) and credit card and travel platforms (Ramp & Navan)
- Assist in the evaluation, implementation and testing of internal control policies at Ollie
- Assist with the annual audit and tax compliance matters
- Assist management with one-off projects
