Senior Accounting Data Analyst

Summary

Join Xometry as a Senior Data Analyst and support our accounting team by leveraging your expertise in business intelligence tools and data analysis. You will be responsible for building reports, communicating results to stakeholders, developing metrics, and transforming data for business users. This role requires a Bachelor's degree or relevant experience, 4-5+ years in data analytics, and expert-level SQL skills. Experience in the accounting field is preferred. Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required, or relevant experience
• 4-5+ years of experience within data analytics field
• Expert in SQL
• Ability to communicate effectively and influence others
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment and shift gears quickly
• Must be able to work core aligned hours to US Eastern Time / GMT-5

Responsibilities

• Understand stakeholder requirements and create end-to-end data solutions
• Build reports in Looker and other analytical tools
• Communicate, collaborate, and present results to stakeholders within Xometry
• Assist with the development of metrics and goals
• Transform, test, deploy, and document data for business users
• Organize and maintain key data models used throughout the organization
• Problem solve oddities within all transformation layers

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in the accounting field is preferred but not required
• Proficient in ETL, data modeling and version control, dbt and GitHub preferred
• Proficient in Business Intelligence tools, Looker (Core) experience preferred
