Senior Accounts Receivable Specialist

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Accounts Receivable, ideally within a global or fast-paced environment
• Proven track record of managing a large, diverse portfolio of customers, especially across international markets (US & Europe preferred)
• Strong experience with collections processes, cash flow forecasting, and maintaining an excellent aging profile
• Familiarity with billing systems and procedures (Netsuite preferred), with a solid understanding of invoice management and credit adjustments
• Experience working with cross-functional teams to resolve accounts receivable queries and improve financial processes
• Proficiency in financial software systems (e.g. Salesforce and Tesorio preferred) and Microsoft Excel for reporting and analysis

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for customers and internal teams on all accounts receivable inquiries, including billing, invoices, credit adjustments, and contract reviews
• Proactively manage a global portfolio of customers across the US and Europe, ensuring timely collections and maintaining an excellent past-due aging profile
• Accurately forecast cash flow to support financial planning and business growth
• Handle billing processes for assigned customers, particularly during peak periods, while balancing collections responsibilities
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to streamline processes and resolve customer issues efficiently
• Support the AR Manager in driving key projects and initiatives to improve back-end financial processes
