Senior Advisor, Organizational Transformation

Summary

Join Worldwide Counter Threat Solutions as a Senior Advisor and contribute to workforce modernization initiatives. You will develop integrated processes and procedures supporting data and performance management, enterprise business architecture, and change management. This role requires a Master's degree (preferably an MBA), 15 years of government experience, and 5 years of experience in strategic planning, governance, communications, and change management. A Tier 1/NACI security clearance is mandatory. Requirements

• Meet security and privacy requirements: Tier 1 / National Agency Check with Written Inquiries (NACI)
• Possess a Master’s Degree, preferably MBA
• Have minimum 15 years of experience with Government
• Have minimum 5 years of experience designing, developing, and deploying strategic planning, governance structure, and strategic communications, and facilitating change management efforts

Responsibilities

• Develop integrated processes and procedures to support initiatives that lead to organization-wide adoption and implementation of the solution, ultimately giving the customer the support to achieve its vision
• Develop integrated processes and procedures to support workforce modernization, data and performance management, enterprise business architecture, business processes, change management, communications strategy, and culture management

Preferred Qualifications

• Possess Project Management Professional certification
• Possess Lean Six Sigma certification
• Possess Human Centered Design qualification or similar
