Summary

The Senior Analyst will assist in budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting processes. They will work cross functionally with multiple business unit finance directors on various projects and conduct ad-hoc analysis. The ideal candidate must have a Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting/Business Administration or other quantitative field, 5+ years of experience in Finance/Accounting, strong knowledge of accounting and finance basics, advanced Excel skills, and excellent communication skills.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance / Accounting / Business Administration or other quantitative field
  • 5+ years working in Finance / Accounting
  • Strong knowledge of accounting basics including P&L, Cash Flow, and Balance Sheet statements
  • Strong working knowledge of finance basics including DCF modeling
  • Advanced excel skills, including Financial Modeling, the ability to create and maintain complex spreadsheets, summarize data with Pivot Tables, and comfortable using lookup functions
  • Strong analytical skills and detail oriented
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Team player attitude is essential - ability to be resourceful, creative and maintain flexibility

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting processes
  • Work cross functionally with multiple business unit finance directors on various key projects including advance pay, LTV analysis, and ad-hoc analysis
  • Conduct annual, quarterly, and monthly revenue & practice share forecasting
  • Perform variance analysis of target versus actuals at the consolidated, line of business, and ACO levels
  • Create financial statement impact analysis for new advance pay and practice share offerings

Preferred Qualifications

  • CPAΒ and/or MBA
  • Knowledge of or experience with value based healthcare specifically Medicare related programs a plus but not required
