Responsibilities

• Lead and define the analytics framework, driving the organization towards a data-driven culture
• Partner with various departments to understand their data needs, ensuring that data insights are aligned with business objectives
• Develop, maintain, and optimize data marts to support data accessibility and decision-making across the organization
• Translate complex data sets into clear, actionable insights that drive strategic business decisions
• Champion the adoption of a governed self-service data model, promoting data literacy across the company
• Collaborate with a dedicated developer to enhance our data infrastructure, ensuring robustness and scalability
• Advocate for data integrity and consistency, leading initiatives in data validation and change management

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare is not required, but a passion for leveraging data to drive decision-making is a must
• Startup experience, particularly in a rapidly scaling environment
