Senior Analyst, Partner Operations

Summary

Join Wiz, a rapidly growing cloud security company, and contribute to building and scaling our Partner operations to support the company’s growth. As a Partner Operations team member, you will work with Partner Sales teams to identify priorities, execute impactful programs and processes, and drive accountability by measuring results. You will receive feedback from Sales and Partner teams to define strategic projects and process improvements, build distribution routes to market, and work cross-functionally with other teams. The role involves delivering scalable operational support, ensuring data integrity in Salesforce, and collaborating with various stakeholders. Based in Singapore, this position requires 4-6 years of experience in Partner operations, ideally in SaaS or Enterprise-focused organizations. A strong knowledge of Salesforce is essential.

Requirements

• 4 - 6 years experience supporting Partner operations activities, ideally at SaaS and/or Enterprise-focused organizations
• Experience implementing programs and processes that scale; a willingness to “roll up your sleeves” to get work done as the organization grows
• Experience with working with Distribution to support International regions
• Comfortable with being flexible in responsibilities as the organization grows and our routes to market expand and support what the evolving needs of the business
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce is a must
• Proven track record of building trust and communicating effectively with a wide variety of stakeholders at all levels and from a variety of functions

Responsibilities

• Receive feedback from Sales and Partner teams to help define strategic projects and process improvements to ensure an easy engagement model for Partners selling Wiz
• Build Distribution route to market to support vertical and geographical expansion
• Work cross-functionally with other teams to support operational programs aligned to the overall organizational strategy
• Deliver scalable “run the business” operational support of the Partner organization at Wiz including Distribution Program Management, Reporting, etc
• Be responsible for the data integrity in Salesforce of all data relating to the Partner programs and processes
