In this role, you will be responsible for pre-press and print production work, preparing files for direct-to-garment printing, collaborating with the team on product formats, and creating production files in InDesign. This position requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in production design and advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite. Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years in production design or a related field
• Advanced skills in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign, with knowledge of automation/scripting
• Proactive, with strong initiative for project clarity and alignment
• Good judgment, creative eye, and commitment to quality
• Ability to manage multiple projects and maintain brand consistency
• Amenable to work at 3:00 PM - 12:00 AM, Monday to Friday

Responsibilities

• Conduct pre-press and print production work
• Prepare Illustrator or Photoshop files from client tech packs for direct-to-garment printing
• Collaborate with the planner and product development team to prepare product formats
• Create production files in InDesign based on internal team designs for various formats
