Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a configuration or systems analyst role; healthcare payer, insurance, or fin tech experience strongly preferred
- Strong leadership and effective problem-solving abilities
- Experience working with data and analytics tools, reporting specifications and generating reports
- Experience collaborating with product, engineering and business intelligence teams
- Passion for details, responsiveness, and organization
- Experience collaborating with and supporting client success teams and clients
Responsibilities
- Independently complete complex configuration tasks in accordance with established procedures and client plan design
- Adhere to and improves established configuration QA processes by identifying gaps, proposing enhancements, and ensuring zero-defect client launches and consistently high-quality outcomes
- Demonstrate thorough knowledge and expertise across all core business systems supported by the Configuration & QA team
- Independently investigate and resolve complex system issues by identifying root causes, collaborating with cross-functional partners, and driving resolution to prevent recurrence
- Establish audit scope, execute focused audits to validate system behavior against expected outcomes, and create clear, high-quality documentation to support audit findings and enforce audit standards
- Independently generate complex routine and ad hoc reports by leveraging data analysis tools and partnering with stakeholders to define reporting specifications, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business needs
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, BI, and Client Success to execute shared deliverables
- Lead team-level improvements to tools, documentation and processes
- Contribute to onboarding and elevate team capabilities by actively sharing expertise, fostering knowledge transfer, and helping new hires ramp effectively
- Independently use tools to manage work and generate insights; explore new tool capabilities
Preferred Qualifications
Jira, Looker, Asana, BigQuery (or SQL) and Microsoft (or Google) suite experience preferred
