Requirements
- Confident German language skills (at least B2)
- Knowledge of Java programming
- Knowledge of Oracle DB databases
- Basic Linux knowledge (shell programming, basic administration, and log analysis)
- Ability to work independently and proactively
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Responsibilities
- Provide second-level support in application management
- Implement incident, problem, change, and configuration management
- Continuously monitor system operation
- Manage tickets and documentation based on ITIL principles
- Solve complex problems by analyzing root causes
- Attend project meetings with the team and, if necessary, the client
- Support change management: installation of new versions, migration support
- Verify and test new features and/or bug fixes
