Summary

This role requires 5+ years of experience in internal IT services, expertise in automation, and extensive experience managing SaaS platforms. Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in internal IT services
- Proven expertise in automation, with a track record of streamlining processes using scripting (Python, PowerShell, Bash, etc.) and/or iPaaS platforms with strong understanding of APIs
- Extensive experience managing SaaS platforms, digital workspaces, and cloud directory services (JumpCloud or other cloud directories, Google Workspace/Office 365, Atlassian Cloud, etc.)
- Experience in IT project management, including planning, execution, and delivery technical projects
- Good understanding of networking concepts and their practical applications in a corporate setting
- Familiarity with security best practices, including an understanding of compliance frameworks, access controls, and incident response guidelines
- Strong analytical abilities and effective communication
- Adaptable and resilient, capable of working in fast-paced, evolving environments
- Self-motivated and results-driven, able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken)
Responsibilities
- Administer and manage cloud services (Google Workspace, JumpCloud, Atlassian Cloud, etc.), ensuring security, compliance, and performance
- Develop and implement automation solutions to streamline IT/business processes using automation tools and platforms
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement tailored technical solutions that align with business needs
- Plan, design, and execute IT projects independently, ensuring efficient delivery
- Define, document, and maintain best practices, support procedures, and process documentation
- Provide expert technical support by diagnosing and resolving complex hardware, software, and infrastructure issues
- Proactively identify, analyze, and mitigate potential technical issues through data-driven insights and timely communication
- Mentor junior staff, fostering knowledge-sharing and technical growth
- Manage security configurations for cloud services and employee devices, ensuring compliance with industry standards
- Respond to security incidents, enforce security best practices, and maintain regulatory compliance
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Atlassian Forge and JavaScript
- German is a big plus
