MMS is seeking a Senior Application Solutions Specialist to join their team. Requirements

• At least 5 years' experience with the day-to-day technical management of the NetSuite platform is required
• Strong NetSuite ERP administration/development experience
• Hands-on SuiteScript experience to provide back-end customization
• Understanding of common industry-standard business practices in accounting
• Strong understanding and experience in a project-based services organization
• Ability to do independent technical work
• Experience using forms, fields, custom records, and workflows to manage unique business process requirements within the ERP system
• Attention to detail
• Proficiency with saved searches, formulas, reporting, creating dashboards, creating custom forms, and creating workflows
• Understanding of NetSuite ERP workflow functionality and processes
• Experience developing and maintaining reports in Microsoft Power BI (or other BI solution)
• The ability to manage competing priorities, solve problems quickly, and work independently
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work on a team with other IT professionals to provide effective support to the organization

Responsibilities

• Provide NetSuite support and subject matter expertise to users
• Assist with report writing and analytics efforts for company financial and operational information
• Assist with data and/or related systems integration projects specific to NetSuite
• Perform hands-on coding work on projects as needed
• Document business objectives, use cases, business requirements, system specifications, workflows, and process documentation
• Act as a system expert on production and sandbox NetSuite environments and related systems
• Develop and maintain workflows and processes in NetSuite to optimize platform
• Evaluate current state, research, and implement effective solution designs to achieve defined business or process objectives
• Provides support to global colleagues via the IT ticketing system
• Complete additional responsibilities as required

Preferred Qualifications

Biopharmaceutical industry experience preferred
