Join We Are Rosie, a strategic consulting and talent solutions firm, as a Paid Social Specialist! This remote, 40-hour/week contract role (6 months, with potential extension and conversion to FTE) offers $60/hour. You will lead and optimize paid social campaigns across multiple platforms, collaborating with cross-functional teams. Responsibilities include campaign management, performance analysis, and staying current on social media trends. The ideal candidate possesses extensive experience in paid social media, specific platform expertise, and strong analytical skills.

Requirements

• Prior experience managing paid social campaigns
• Experience with Social Ad platforms Meta Business Manager, Twitter Ads and TikTok Ads
• Experience using Sprinklr
• In-platform buying experience
• 5 years experience, need current hands on keyboard / platform experience, must be in NYC or Chicago

Responsibilities

• Manage paid social campaigns with in-platform buying expertise
• Maintain familiarity with Sprinklr and social ad platforms (Meta Business Manager, Twitter Ads, TikTok Ads)
• Stay updated on the latest social media trends and innovations
• Oversee projects from start to finish in a fast-paced environment using strong project management skills
• Utilize an analytical mindset with a test-and-learn approach to identify trends and growth opportunities
