Summary

Silverback Strategies is hiring a Senior Paid Media Manager to join their team. The role involves managing a portfolio of client accounts, developing and executing paid media strategies, collaborating with internal teams, and acting as the face of Paid Media for assigned clients.

Requirements

• 4-5+ years of experience (minimum) managing Paid Search AND Social campaigns. (Main platforms are Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and TikTok)
• Previous agency experience is a must-have!
• Experience serving as the main point of contact on client engagements (at least 3+ years of client-facing experience); strong comfortability being client-facing

Responsibilities

• Drive the strategy, innovation, and performance of multiple client Paid Media strategies
• Plan, implement, and audit paid media campaigns & strategies that align with client KPIs and marketing goals
• Collaborate closely with internal teammates in Creative and Analytics teams to drive successful creative strategy/performance & analytics measurement, tag management, etc
• Collaborate cross-functionally whenever appropriate (i.e. on multiservice clients) with counterparts in SEO to drive successful cross-channel marketing strategy for clients
• Regularly create, analyze, and present insightful and actionable Paid Media performance reports directly to clients
• Serve as the lead point of contact for all things Paid Media for your ‘owned’ clients; lead biweekly and ad hoc client calls to build & maintain strong client relationships
• Accurately communicate project timelines to clients; manage client expectations and proactively update clients as things change
