Senior BI Analyst

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field
• 3+ years experience as a BI Analyst or similar role, preferably at a financial firm
• Strong proficiency in SQL and data modeling
• Proficiency in visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
• Experience with scripting languages such as Python or R
• Knowledge of statistical techniques and data analysis methodologies
• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Must be permanently based in the United States; must be authorized to work in the US

Responsibilities

• Analyze and interpret complex data sets using various statistical techniques and tools
• Develop and maintain data models and perform data validation and cleansing
• Design and create data visualizations, reports, and dashboards to effectively communicate insights to stakeholders
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and provide analytical solutions
• Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data and provide strategic recommendations
• Evaluate and optimize the performance and efficiency of our BI infrastructure and tools
• Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in BI and data analytics technologies
