Senior Brand Designer

Requirements

• 5+ years of design experience at a product company or agency (B2B experience is a plus)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• A portfolio demonstrating strong conceptual thinking and execution
• Expertise in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud
• Proficient in layout composition
• Strong design skills for web, email, and print
• Ability to rationalize design decisions and communicate concepts clearly
• Capable of working independently, managing multiple projects, and thriving in a fast-paced environment with diverse design challenges

Responsibilities

• Design visuals that align with our brand strategy and guidelines
• Design marketing materials for email, direct mail, landing pages, and digital platforms
• Create asset variations for A/B testing
• Plan and execute multi-channel creative campaigns
• Collaborate with Marketing leaders, engineers, product teams, and designers
• Own projects from concept to final delivery
• Maintain a strong visual style that stays consistent with the brand
• Deliver high-quality work on time with excellent organizational skills
