Requirements

  • 7+ years as a Business Analyst or similar role in software development or IT
  • Proven ability to translate complex business requirements into detailed software specifications
  • Strong understanding of SDLC and experience with Salesforce products or related SaaS tools
  • Experience with project and task management software, Jira preferred
  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
  • Industry certifications in business analysis and Salesforce (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA) are highly valued

Responsibilities

  • Analyze and Improve Processes
  • Identify opportunities for enhancing the SDLC, such as automating manual processes or optimizing workflows
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful integration of process improvements
  • Requirements Gathering and Documentation
  • Facilitate workshops and brainstorming sessions to gather insights and foster collaboration among program teams
  • Create and maintain detailed process flow diagrams and requirement specifications
  • Prioritize fostering a diverse and inclusive work environment
  • Stakeholder Coordination
  • Establish strong relationships with program teams, developers, QA teams, and project managers to ensure a shared understanding of project goals
  • Coordinate with clients and external partners to understand needs, provide updates, and address concerns throughout the project lifecycle
  • Handle communication and conflict resolution to maintain a positive and productive working environment
  • Support Development and Testing
  • Translate business requirements into actionable software specifications in collaboration with the development team
  • Assist in developing user stories, acceptance criteria, and test cases for comprehensive testing
  • Support the QA team during testing, participate in defect triage, and validate that software meets business requirements
  • Mentoring and Training
  • Champion best practices in process management and compliance within the organization
  • Ensure that business processes adhere to legal standards and company policies, maintaining high levels of operational integrity and data security
  • Provide guidance and support to junior analysts, fostering their professional development and business analysis skills
  • Conduct regular training sessions and knowledge sharing to maintain high standards of work among the team
  • Offer constructive feedback and coaching to help junior analysts overcome challenges and grow in their roles
