Summary

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience as a BA in the IT field
  • 1-2 years of experience in the financial domain
  • Experience analyzing, clarifying, and translating business requirements into functional and technical specifications
  • Experience in preparing and creating specifications for IT products
  • Strong analytical and creative problem-solving abilities
  • Practical experience in using modeling tools and notations like BPMN/UML
  • Experience in describing, analyzing and improving business processes
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills as well as business presentation skills
  • General API understanding
  • Experience with Agile
  • Experience with data mapping
  • Experience as a Product Owner
  • Working knowledge of Atlassian product suite (Jira, Confluence)
  • At least Upper-Intermediate proficiency in English

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate effectively with business subject matter experts to comprehend their roles and responsibilities, and effectively translate them into comprehensive business process flows
  • Managing development backlogs using agile methodologies
  • Interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form into clear and manageable backlog items
  • Document the system (Confluence)
  • Work closely with the Business and Engineering teams to develop and maintain the product roadmap

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with banking regulations and compliance requirements is a plus
