Requirements
- 4+ years of experience as a BA in the IT field
- 1-2 years of experience in the financial domain
- Experience analyzing, clarifying, and translating business requirements into functional and technical specifications
- Experience in preparing and creating specifications for IT products
- Strong analytical and creative problem-solving abilities
- Practical experience in using modeling tools and notations like BPMN/UML
- Experience in describing, analyzing and improving business processes
- Excellent oral and written communication skills as well as business presentation skills
- General API understanding
- Experience with Agile
- Experience with data mapping
- Experience as a Product Owner
- Working knowledge of Atlassian product suite (Jira, Confluence)
- At least Upper-Intermediate proficiency in English
Responsibilities
- Collaborate effectively with business subject matter experts to comprehend their roles and responsibilities, and effectively translate them into comprehensive business process flows
- Managing development backlogs using agile methodologies
- Interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form into clear and manageable backlog items
- Document the system (Confluence)
- Work closely with the Business and Engineering teams to develop and maintain the product roadmap
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with banking regulations and compliance requirements is a plus
- Mission-driven, goal-oriented, and motivated to develop themselves and others
- Strong leadership abilities, with a track record of effectively managing teams and driving change in a dynamic environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization
- Strong people acumen and relationship skills; Naturally pre-disposed to quickly establish positive personal and professional relationships
