Senior Data Analyst, Business Intelligence Analyst

Summary

Join UbiMinds, a GPTW-certified company, and work as a Senior Data Analyst/BI Engineer for a SaaS platform specializing in cloud cost management and FinOps. You will collaborate with account managers to implement custom dashboarding solutions in Looker, build technical design documents, and create templated dashboards. This role requires advanced SQL, data modeling, Looker experience, and excellent communication skills. Requirements

• Advanced/fluent English skills – Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• You are comfortable working 9-5 EST - we have a fair amount of flexibility for people to get their work done whenever works for them, but our core hours are Eastern Timezone
• Strong experience as a business intelligence engineer, data engineer, professional services engineer, or similar role
• Experience working with customers
• Strong proficiency in SQL data modeling
• Demonstrated experience working with Looker to both visualize data and build explores via LookML and Liquid
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
• A continuous learner and critical thinker, with a passion for solving complex technical challenges

Responsibilities

• Work with with the Account Managers to help the client most sophisticated customers implement custom dashboarding solutions in Looker
• Build technical design documents for custom solutions
• Build templated Looker dashboards that can be deployed across the customer base
• Provide internal technical support to the Account Management team on the client data and building complex visualizations in Looker
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices, continuously learning and evolving in a fast-paced environment
• Provide feedback to the product and engineering teams to improve the standard data model and product functionality
