Requirements
- Proficiency in SQL and databases
- Experience in preparing financial forecasts and profit & loss statements (P&L)
- Familiarity with BI tools such as Qlik Sense, Tableau, Power BI (Qlik Sense preferred)
- Advanced knowledge of Google Sheets, including proficiency in VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables
- Experience with project management tools and dashboards for tracking initiative progress (preferably using Jira)
- Commercial awareness combined with a strategic and innovative mindset
- Proactive attitude and excellent organizational skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Advanced English proficiency
Responsibilities
- Develop business cases for new initiatives, from the initial contact with potential providers to concept validation, market potential mapping, business opportunity identification, and financial analysis
- Collaborate with technical teams during the development of new initiatives to ensure scope and business rules alignment until the handover to product and development teams
- Validate potential operational and regulatory impacts of new initiatives within the company's ecosystem, together with various internal departments and stakeholders
- Coordinate deliverables with cross-functional teams (product, legal, finance, compliance, etc.) for the development of new products and services
- Conduct market research and analysis to explore new business opportunities
- Create presentations on potential new business opportunities and initiatives
- Prepare financial forecasts and profit & loss statements (P&L) to support strategic decision-making
- Update project tracking tools and dashboards
- Manage relationships with new and existing partners
- Monitor business activity performance using key metrics and prepare reports for senior management
- Generate weekly, monthly, and annual reports for the business development team
- Conduct market research and analysis to explore new business possibilities
Preferred Qualifications
- Advanced experience with Google Slides and PowerPoint, with design knowledge and storytelling skills considered a plus
- Experience in digital companies is a plus
