Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s degree is required
  • 5+ years of experience in technology, consulting, business development, account management, digital marketing, and/or professional services experience
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to develop long-term relationships with both internal and external customers. A team player who can lead by influence
  • A public speaker with ease and conviction, willing to represent Cloudbeds in industry events
  • Flexibility to work across multiple time zones and travel regionally
  • Excellent English and Spanish oral and written communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis to assess the viability of potential new business and channel opportunities based on geography and other parameters
  • Identify, outreach, engage, and develop new (and existing) partner relationships in LATAM based on the Cloudbeds strategy, including the negotiation of commercial agreements
  • Evaluate and prioritize all inbound partner requests in the region
  • Manage the relationship with regional and global Cloudbeds partners across distribution, marketplace, financial services, and more
  • Manage monetization of partners through scalable programs
  • Drive collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure delivery of key business objectives, channel revenue deliverables, and related product enhancement initiatives
  • Represent Cloudbeds as a subject matter expert at industry events and forums

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in the travel industry ideal, especially previous experience with travel technology products
  • Fluency in additional languages is ideal (Portuguese)
