Requirements

  • Completed Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or comparable courses of study
  • At least 1 year of relevant experience, ideally in a dynamic environment (startup, consulting), and a high affinity for the mobility industry
  • Strong project management skills, combined with the ability to react to changing priorities in an agile business environment
  • Structured, with a strong focus on process optimization, you combine pronounced problem-solving skills with innovative approaches
  • Analytical and tech-savvy, with a data-driven mindset and a passion for working with (new) IT tools
  • Very good German (C2) and fluent English skills (B2)

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategy: Derive a growth- and profitability-oriented fleet strategy from the company strategy and implement it across departments with a focus on efficiency and a customer-first approach
  • Establish efficient and scalable processes: Support the design of the vehicle lifecycle - from planning & controlling new vehicles to capacity management. Implement processes together with suppliers (OEMs) that enable rapid growth
  • Optimize cost efficiency: Analyze the total cost of ownership (TCO) of our fleet, identify savings potential, and implement measures to increase profitability
  • Drive tech-supported growth: Drive the further development of our tech ecosystem together with our dedicated product and tech team
  • Analyze and improve performance: Analyze KPIs such as depreciation, net profit, and financing costs, derive data-based measures, and continuously improve our performance
