Requirements

  • Strong interpersonal skills with a preference for team collaboration
  • Confidence in presenting complex data insights to executive-level audiences
  • Proficiency in data warehousing best practices and patterns
  • Expertise in data sourcing, cleansing, and transformation using SQL
  • Experience with dimensional data models to build scalable BI solutions
  • Acumen in visual design for displaying multi-dimensional aggregations
  • Familiarity with automation of ELT pipelines and testing in platforms like dbt
  • Basic statistical analysis skills, including outlier identification and process control charts
  • Understanding of US healthcare reimbursement models and major healthcare payers

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define strategic priorities and align analytics initiatives with business objectives
  • Lead the design and implementation of data architecture that supports scalable analytics solutions
  • Mentor team members in best practices for data management and analytics
  • Develop and refine processes that enhance the integration of analytics into business operations, ensuring seamless collaboration between departments
  • Manage the planning and execution of an analytics maturation roadmap, ensuring continuous improvement in analytics capabilities
  • Conduct high-touch business analysis and financial modeling to support Executive Leadership Team (ELT) decision-making
  • Provide insights that shape financial forecasts and impact analyses
  • Lead initiatives aimed at improving processes and accelerating product development through data-driven insights
  • Perform ad-hoc investigations and generate reports that address executive or client inquiries regarding business outcomes and performance metrics
  • Organize and facilitate meetings with Operations, Sales, and Client Success teams to discuss product performance, trends, and insights, fostering a culture of data-driven decision-making
