Requirements
- Bachelorโs or Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering or related field
- Minimum 2 years of analytics experience preferably with Commercial teams in the Pharmaceutical or Biotechnology Industry
- High proficiency in analytical tools, including SQL, Excel, and Tableau
- Knowledge in R or SAS
- Experience manipulating, analyzing, and visualizing large datasets
- Expertise in database management
- Demonstrated ability to structure and conduct analyses to generate actionable strategic insights
- Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
- A keen eye for detail
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast paced, multi-tasking environment
- Ability to sit; stand; walk; reach with arms and hands; lift and move small objects; and use hands to keyboard and perform other office related tasks including repetitive movement of the wrists, hands and/or fingers
- Occasional travel required, as needed
Responsibilities
- Utilizing SQL and Tableau, create intuitive user interfaces that provide comprehensive overviews of HEPLISAV-B business
- Recommend and assess reporting process improvements, including software changes
- Partner with Sales Leadership and Commercial Operations to share design ideas to enhance SalesForce
- Prepare, interpret, and present analyses on specific business objectives and in response to ad hoc requests using SQL to query large data sets
- Demonstrate ownership of relevant data sets, encouraging confidence in the data through a clear understanding of data collection methods, business rules and caveats
- Maintain documentation regarding various projects, processes and operations
- Design and deploy optimal solutions including sales resources that are innovative and enable the field to optimize customer engagement
- Manage primary market research projects as needed; own related pharmacovigilance reporting
- Other duties as assigned
Preferred Qualifications
Working knowledge of secondary data sources commonly used for Sales and Marketing analysis
